A brief perspective
on the case-complex,

Irene K. Hebnes in the child care-service in Vindafjord
municipality said in the spring of 2006 to me and my family that if I
publicize the
dialogue we indirectly have led with her then she comes
and takes our
children.
Irene K. Hebnes did afterward finish a
document dated 13.12. 2007 to the county committee ( external
). A document
with the rudest sort selective and selected assumptions and
lies, intended her purpose. This and what further
happened was and is
filed reported to the police - I refer among others and
especially to the filed police-report No. 11059001 Haugaland and
Sunnhordland
policedistrict. This and what further happened did also both
the county committee, the court
and other representantives for the authorities be provided knowledge
about.
In this document it says that Rune is insane and therefore
unable to have care for his children. That the children must
therefore must be
taken from him, but that maybe Trude under control can keep the
children if
she kidnaps the children and neither she or the children have
anything
more to do with Rune.
This document was made known to our family in mid-January
2008. Trudy was by his lawyer Trond Hjelde in Haugesund advised
immediately to kidnap and to capturehold the children anywhere far
away from
homeplace and Rune. That unless this and that she not agrees with Irene
K.
Hebnes happens, the children will be put in foster homes or orphanages,
deprived of their parents and their life.
Trude high-pregnant kidnap 03.04. 2008 therefore
the children and captiveheld they.
County committee renders in a
letter dated 27.06. 2008

) what Irene K. Hebnes has written and are adding that this
they will leave to Haugaland District Court.
Trude's lawyer Hjelde write several letters to Haugaland
District Court, among
others one performed by his vacation
substitute attorney Odd Arild Helland dated 11.07. 2008 ( external
)
where he further says that this has Iren K. Hebnes said and
Trude done
and that Haugaland District Court therefore
must do as Irene K. Hebnes
has said. Which Haugaland District Court quickly and in the
further do.
Rune and more people said both to the police, the county
committee and Haugaland District Court that the children were
kidnapped and held
prisoner, and why and how this had happened. And that what was said
about Rune, the children and the family was neither justified or true.
None of these would listen to or help Rune and the
children. Nor
would they listen to or help Trude when she tried to tell what exactly
had happened. And not either on others or evidences.
That would neither not Gulating
Court of Appeals or the Supreme Court. They all said that it is that
what Irene K. Hebnes has said and wants which shall have currency
as the truth.
Since the children have been kidnapped and held in
captivity. And
no protests have been estimated or taken into account.
Nor the
fact that Irene K. Hebnes along the way was refuted and unveiled. A
tremondous crime from Irene K. Hebnes and her side are
in process of fully accomplishment.
Her goal and purpose to terminate the children's father, and
to change integraty of the children with another and new
identity.
Have this and suchs, whatever someone might
decide to call it, anything at all with law and right to do?!
And what happens from the beginning and continuously
further along the way otherwise of terror and harassment?! A
constant abundance.
And what happens upcoming in all this when the family
nevertheless try to come together again and via the
court protest, such as
for examle in September and October 2008? New threats, and now from the
child
care service in Haugesund according to instructions from Irene K.
Hebnes and Trude's same lawyer Trond Hjelde. With message about
that
the children will be promptly put in foster homes and orphanages
if not Trude
says she has been forced and threatened to that by Rune. And that
therefore she says and quickly she says that is Rune
being set in and isolated in one of our country's worst
prisons in almost five months with disdainful greetings from
those behind. And the madness continues and are being continued in
the meanwhile outside the
prison, and after the incarceration.
And how does for example the Social welfare
administration (NAV)
behave as to the whole?
They said and say that at once the children were
kidnapped
03.04. 2008 Rune should have known that he no longer have children or
life's right. And that Rune therefore shall pay most
his money to
Trude monthly, from and with three days before the children were
kidnapped,
and that in any way that entail that Rune can not defend the
family against the injustice and neither more can have more money
to survive. And that Rune's and Trude's or
the children's or anyone's objections will not be concerned.
And how related the county committee
further to it all?
They say, as the court, that what really has happened is
that Irene K. Hebnes's will and wishes and her presentation
shall be applicable regardless of everything else. And that her
will and
desire was and is that father no longer shall have any
children or
life's right and that the children no more shall have any father,
and that
the children at the same time shall be given another homeplace and
another school and other
life values and other identity and other integrity. And as the
court as a matter of course that father shall be completely
without juridical and practical authority in relation to
his children who no longer is his children
or the children's father. And that whatever Irene K. Hebnes and her
co-players choose to write about or do with father or the
children and family
so it should be her right and be that what is being
presented as truth and reality. This
and suchs shall nobody neither could be able to protest on
or expect differently.
How is it possible that Irene K. Hebnes have and is
being given one such
might?
That her words and wishes and methods deprives me my
children and life's right? And deprives the children their father,
their homeplace, their school, their identity and their
integrity? And in such a way?
Who is it who is guilty and accomplice in this
injustice towards me
and my children and my family?
What is it that have made it possible and is
doing possible this most serious
form of injustice in relation to the General Penal Code and injuridical
completely in all ways with the most in the Human Rights
Act?
And how shall one now got rectified this injustice
before it is
being accomplished even more and definitely?
