   I refer to your letter dated 16 February 2011 ( external ) that arrived me yesterday, 24.02. 2011, with reference ECHR-LE2.OR, SCP/lk, with Application no. 10240/11 - Hansen v. Norway.

   You refer to my submission dated 15.02. 2011 to EMD as urgent-case pursuant to Rule 39 ( external ).

   After that your letter was written I submitted the filled Application and forwarded it perr fax and mail 21.02. 2011 to ECHR ( external ).
   This you have now, hopefully in the meantime received.
   I hope it is adequate and informative enough completed, and that you can message me if anything is wanted or missing.
   
   I wish so absolutely in every way to maintain my Application.

   It is disappointing if not ECHR see the tremendous torture me and my children now have long been exposed for and the gravity of this. And that it both for the children and me have been getting worse and worse and more and more for us destroyed and terminating.
   The children lose completely their father, their home, their integrity, their life-values, their school, with more. And I my children and otherwise everything.
   It is not I who have been or are responsible for or guilty for any of this. It is not me who decides. I can only do my and our best.

   Nobody could have done it better than either me or the children.
   This case is nevertheless not only on behalf of me and mine, but also on behalf of thousands of other children and parents in Norway (and elsewhere) that have been or are exposed for the same or similar.
   This is as said very crimes that are performed and are ongoing under the auspices of the Norwegian state administration.
   With regard to everything I have said and say this case-documentation contain solid of documentation that is solid evidences. And yet much more can be carried forward from my side.
   
   I have already lost my children. That destruction is irreversible and is impossible to repair. Others may believe or mean or think what they want about it, but that is how it is anyway. But I know how very much my children not want to lose their father and all the others. They do so in pain and against their will more and more complete for each day that passes. And what both the children and I have been exposed for of torture in this process is perhaps the worst of the torture of a human being. And this process yet. While the crime is about to be fullfilled from the criminals side.
   This is nevertheless the fact.
   And this has been and is intented from representatives from the Norwegian authorities side.

   The devastation and the broken-downity is big in a rather great and increasing part of the population. Desperation also. But the criminals network is mighty and permeat the official administration, and down-brake, subdue, outplunder and slaughter each day many humans, hidden behind the scenes and false documentation.
   This is a case of urgency also for very many more children, humans and families in Norway. 
   
   Here, finally I can inform about that I yet not since my Application 21.02. 2011 have heard anything new or more in the case from Norwegian authorities side.
   However, I wrote and sent 23.02. 2011 again a kind of reminder letters to NAV, (the central Norwegian official welfare benefit system) which I here now enclose a copy of:

   As seen this letter to NAV at the same time also was sent to the police. It not use to come posive answers from the official administration in case-relations like this or in complains and protests. Often not respons at all. NAV often do not follow law and right - and NAV often damage and destroy humans health and life. As also still omgoing against me and my children.

   I have been insured Social Security pension for more than 30 years, with monthly payments from the Norwegian state. The monthly payments have slowly but gradually been rising - and with only these funds, I have in and for my family always been responsible for progress, development, housing- and household-budget. This alone has been non-problematic and our economy. When the children were kidnapped 03.04. 2008 this amounted to up to 40,000, - kr. paid monthly, via NAV.
   After the children were kidnapped transferred NAV around 3/4-part of this payment to my kidnapping wife. NAV said and decided after a few months that it should be this way and that, therefore, I also should pay my wife saw it was so from a few days before she kidnapped the children. More than 100.000 kr., that NAV thereafter withdrew from my monthly social security payments as NAV then also had reduced.
   My written protests with regard to that the children were kidnapped and held captived, and to discrimination and more against me and my children and our home, etc., were not taken seriously. Nor that I explained that such a reduction implies a outplundering of me and our life and home, and a reward for kidnapping and capturehold of the children. And involves many difficulties and problems and makes it impossible for me to survive for a long time. And a such withdraw further more of the same.
   The outplundering has continued and continued since the year 2008. For several months during this time I have less than 7.000, - kr. monthly paid via NAV.

   That this and such sort of things happens from NAV and Norwegian authorities side, and otherwise in so different ways kidnapping, capturehold and gagging of children is rewarded, is both are and results in very much criminal insanity in Norway. Torture, outplundering, prostrateing, terminations, murder, suicide, etc. The victims are each year thousands of children and parents. Under the auspices of Norwegian authorities. Tried hidden behind the propaganda and behind the scenes and false documentation. Children's best interests have in fairly full disclosure been to the worst for children, parents, families and society. And contrary to law.
